ITINERARY

 

Day 1 ~ Labuan Bajo 

On your arrival in Labuan Bajo, you will be met by the Nyaman Boat crew and transferred by car and speedboat to Nyaman boat.

​

Recommended flights (Not included and quoted separately– Tariffs and schedule subject to change without prior notice): Garuda Indonesia from Denpasar (Bali) to Labuan Bajo GA7026, departing at 07:30 and arriving at 09:05.

​

Upon arrive at Nyaman boat you will get welcome cocktail on the upper deck and departure to the Komodo National Park. This first leg of your trip will set the tone for your holiday aboard the Nyaman Boat. Settled on the front deck, around the large table or leaning against the bar, you’ll enjoy stunning views of the National Park of Komodo on the way to Mesa Island, a charming fishermen village where you can meet with the locals and buy big lobster or slipper lobster for your dinner. Then it’s on to Sebayur Kecil, famed for its paradise beach and amazing sunsets, this is a sheltered cove, the ideal spot for a dip in the crystal clear turquoise water and the chance to discover its rich and diverse sea-beds, coral reefs, clown fish and other marine species of all sizes and all colours. If you would like to you able fishing with the crew, just outside the Komodo National Park.

Day 2 ~ Sebayur – Gililawa Darat – Gililawa Laut 

After a hearty breakfast, the Nyaman Boat will sail to Gili Lawa Darat at the northwest of the national park. It is a renowned diving spot, where you might encounter large fish, manatees, rays, sharks, schools of jacks and many more.

After a yummy lunch you will go towards to Gili Lawa Laut, this area is like a lake in the sea and offers the opportunity for all kinds of land and water-based activities such as kayaking and snorkelling. For a beautiful sunset view panorama over the park’s islands you can go trekking up a hill with the crew.

Day 3 ~ Gililawa Laut – Manta Point – Siaba Island 

After breakfast you’ll visit the magnificent Manta Point. The speedboat will cruise above the impressive and harmless manta rays, so you’ll have the privilege of seeing them up close. You can even swim and snorkelling around them, which is unforgettable experience.

​

Then it’s on to Siaba Island, a small creek in the middle of the mangroves, where the boat will drop anchor for the night. If you lucky you can see some of the resident turtles swimming around the boat in Siaba.

Day 4 ~  Siaba – Rinca – Kalong 

On the fourth day of your cruise, you will arrive at Rinca Island and you will meet the famous Komodo dragon, a pre-historic species native to Komodo National Park. The Komodo National Park rangers will guiding you to see the fascinating creatures up close.

Afterwards the boat will anchor just off Kalong Island. Around sunset time you will see thousands of bats flying out of the trees in search of fruits

Day 5 ~ Kalong – Pengah – Bidadari

After breakfast we will cruise through the National Park towards the east to Pengah Island. Keep your eyes open as you might be lucky to see some dolphins.

​

Upon arrive at Pengah Island, set you snorkelling gear and jump into the water to marvel the beautiful corals and big fishes. Continue to Bidadari Island, an Island where you can often see some reef sharks close to the beach and take some time to relax on this beautiful beach and soak up the sun.

Day 6 ~ Bidadari – Labuhan Bajo – Departure

In the morning, we will set sail for Labuan Bajo.

After breakfast at your very last day, it will be time to bid farewell to Nyaman Phinisi and her crew. You will then be transferred to Labuan Bajo airport
